How to Collect and Prepare the Fruit
Harvesting

Homemade Uses of Puncture Vine Fruit
1. Herbal Tea (Decoction)
Ingredients:

- 2 cups water
Method:
- Boil fruits in water for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and allow to cool slightly.
- Drink once daily.
2. Powdered Fruit
- Grind dried fruits into a fine powder.
- Store in a sealed container.
- Typical traditional amount: 300–500 mg once daily mixed with water or honey.
3. Tincture

- Cover with alcohol (vodka or similar).
