Mexicorn Rotel Dip (The Creamy Party Favorite Everyone Keeps Asking For)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp granulated sugar

1 (15.25 oz) canned sweet corn, drained

1 (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 cup chopped green onions

1 tbsp grated yellow onion

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.

Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and sugar.

Using an electric mixer (or a whisk), mix everything until smooth and creamy.

Add the drained corn and Rotel tomatoes. Stir well.

Add the shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and grated onion.

Mix again until everything is well combined.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend perfectly.
