Toxic to every cell in your body. Your body, your rules, you decide for yourself. For me personally, removing alcohol from my life has probably been one of the most transformative decisions I\u2019ve made as an adult.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And thirdly, Dr London attempted to dissuade his followers from lacing their diets with breads and pastas.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-11\">\n<div id=\"kaylestore.net_responsive_3\" data-google-query-id=\"\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/23293390090\/kaylestore.net\/kaylestore.net_responsive_3_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cAvoid the refined flours and wheats,\u201d he explained. \u201cEighty percent of weight control is diet, 20 percent is exercise. I guarantee you can out-eat any exercise that you do.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\"><\/div>\n<p>It was then that the social media medic honed in on another threat he\u2019s given the nickname \u2018liquid death\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>You might be picturing high-volume liquors or spicy shots like tequila \u2013 but according to Dr London, it\u2019s not just boozy bevs that can have a detrimental impact on a person\u2019s wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s soft \u2013 or fizzy \u2013 drinks.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-54487\" src=\"https:\/\/kaylestore.b-cdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Screenshot-2026-05-02-155229.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"567\" height=\"511\" \/><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust don\u2019t drink them. Period. Done,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-slot-2\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1773565355010-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Not long after posting his warning on Instagram, London spoke to TODAY, where he admitted the eerie nickname he\u2019s given to sugary, carbonated drinks was done in a bid to draw further attention to deeper issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think that soft drinks are just a scourge in our society, and so I was really trying to get some attention,\u201d he explained. \u201cObviously, high-calorie soft drinks and ingesting a lot of calories that people don\u2019t realise they\u2019re getting with the sugar-based soft drinks is a big no-no.\u201d<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Dr London isn\u2019t the only online medic to issue a warning on the alleged threat of soft drinks.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>During a recent appearance on the Zoe podcast, Dr William Li noted: \u201cSoda is everyone\u2019s favourite whipping boy. Rightfully so<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe preponderance of clinical evidence, public health evidence, shows that high consumption of soda is associated with everything from metabolic disease to cardiovascular disease to cancer risk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He continued\u00a0 to hit out: \u201cBut is it the sugar? Is glucose that demonic element that we need to crucify? Answer\u2019s no. Soda is not just water, otherwise that\u2019d be just carbonated water.
