How to Make 2-Ingredient Fluffy Bread:
Step 1: Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms, then gently knead by hand for about 30 seconds—just until smooth.

Step 2: Shape the Bread
Choose your preferred shape:

Loaf: Press the dough into a greased 8×4-inch loaf pan.
Rolls: Divide into 6–8 portions and place in a greased skillet.
Round Boule: Shape into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake Until Golden
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake according to shape:

Loaf: 35–40 minutes
Rolls: 20–25 minutes
Boule: 30–35 minutes
The bread is done when the crust is golden and the internal temperature reaches 190°F.

Step 4: Cool and Serve
Allow the bread to cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. This helps the crumb set and prevents gumminess. Serve warm with your favorite spreads.
